At Coos & Cuddles, we want you and your little one to be happy with every purchase. Please read our return and refund conditions below.

AI-Generated Product Images Disclaimer

Our product images are AI-generated for preview and representation purposes. While these images accurately represent the product design, style, and features, actual color shades may vary slightly from what is displayed. These variations can occur due to:

• Lighting and display rendering differences
• AI image generation variations
• Device screen settings (phone, tablet, computer)
• Actual fabric/material appearance under different lighting

These color variations from AI-generated images are normal and do not affect product quality, durability, or functionality. Minor color differences from product images are not grounds for return. However, if you receive a product with a significantly different color that does not match our product description or category, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following two cases:

  1. Wrong size received - we shipped a size different from what you ordered.
  2. Damaged goods - the item arrives damaged, defective, or in an unusable condition.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, colour preference, or minor variations in fabric/print due to the handmade, dyeing process, or AI-generated product image variations.

Wrong Size Ordered by Customer

If you selected the wrong size at the time of ordering, this is not eligible for a free return. Please contact us at admin.coosandcuddles@gmail.com or +91 82481 92154 to arrange a replacement. In this case, the customer will bear the cost of couriering the item back to us, and Coos & Cuddles will bear the cost of shipping the replacement back to the customer.

Return Window

Please report a wrong size received (our error) or damaged item within 2 days of delivery by contacting us at admin.coosandcuddles@gmail.com or +91 82481 92154, along with your order number and photos of the product (and packaging, for damaged items).

Condition for Return

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, please courier the item back to us at the address below. We recommend using a reliable courier service and retaining the tracking details until your refund or replacement is processed, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

For returns due to our error (wrong size shipped) or damaged goods, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping charges. For customer-ordered wrong-size replacements, the customer covers the return courier cost, and we cover the cost of shipping the replacement.

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or replacement request.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of the returned item passing inspection. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

  • Wrong size shipped (our error): free exchange for the correct size (subject to availability), or a full refund if you prefer.
  • Wrong size ordered by customer: exchange available for the correct size (subject to availability). Customer pays return courier; we cover the replacement's shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Innerwear, mittens, bibs, and headbands are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene reasons, unless received damaged.
