At Coos & Cuddles, we want your little one's new favorites to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read below for details on how we process and ship your orders.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we typically process and pack it within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
Delivery Time
After processing, orders are usually delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is generally 3-7 business days. Remote areas or locations with limited courier coverage may take a little longer.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Charges
Enjoy free shipping on all orders above Rs. 299. For orders below Rs. 299, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with your tracking details, so you can follow your package until it reaches you.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packed to keep your little one's clothing safe, clean, and secure during transit.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to correct it before dispatch.
Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the courier partner may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment in such cases.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with items missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin.coosandcuddles@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item/packaging, and we will resolve it promptly.
Delays
While we do our best to meet the timelines above, occasional delays can happen due to weather, courier network disruptions, regional restrictions, or high order volumes (such as during sales or festive seasons). We will keep you informed if your order is significantly delayed.
